GiveMeDocs is operated by Byte Genie Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use GiveMeDocs, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using GiveMeDocs, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and practice details when you sign up (via Google or email link).
• Client and document data — information you or your Clients submit through GiveMeDocs, including Client contact details, document requests, and uploaded files.
• Payment information — when you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details ourselves.
• Usage information — log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to improve the product.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain GiveMeDocs;
• Send document requests and reminder emails to Clients on your behalf;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Razorpay;
• Respond to support requests and communicate service updates;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Razorpay collects and processes your payment details directly; GiveMeDocs never receives or stores your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. 5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audited infrastructure providers (Google Cloud / Firebase) — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information to the best of our ability.

6. Your Data Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@givemedocs.com. Note that some data (such as accepted Client Submissions) may be retained for record- keeping and dispute-resolution purposes even after an account is closed, as described in our Terms.
