Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GiveMeDocs, a service operated by Byte Genie Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using GiveMeDocs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• GiveMeDocs offers a free trial period, after which continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as selected at checkout) until cancelled.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data, documents, and Client information you upload to GiveMeDocs. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you, except as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GiveMeDocs to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Send unsolicited or abusive communications to Clients;
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the service;
• Use the service to collect or process data you do not have the right to collect.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to GiveMeDocs if you violate these Terms, without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations. You may stop using GiveMeDocs and close your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

GiveMeDocs does not verify the authenticity or accuracy of any document submitted through the service — our role is limited to facilitating document collection and tracking. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byte Genie Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GiveMeDocs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GiveMeDocs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
